Goal

Here, I present my goal. This is the first step in this project, creating a SMART goal to guide the changes later.

My goal

I would like to achieve a stable sleep score of 80 and above by then end of the quarter, or dec. 19. Here, stable is defined by a consistant pattern with an average score inside the pattern above 80

How is my goal SMART?

S

I aim at a specific target score (80) in a specific field (sleep quality)

M

I aim at a result measured by an fair and easy-access source (my watch)

A

I am already on sleep score around 70pt (data not from a small dataset due to time constraints of this project)

R

I choose this goal because I feel consistantly sleepy in peirod 1 and 4 due to lack of quality sleep

T

I choose a specific time frame for my goal, specifying that I should stably achieve a sleep score of 80 or above by dec. 19.
